Why sign up for yin yoga?
In our yin yoga classes we will lead you through a series of poses, or
asanas that will be held for longer amounts of time, roughly around five
minutes or longer. This will apply moderate stress to connective tissue
geared at improving circulation, energy, and flexibility. Yin yoga concentrates

sensations and emotions.
